Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

All services provided by D’signo are outlined and agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges and revised timelines.

2. Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of files.
• Payments once made are non-refundable.
• Delays in payment may result in project hold or delay in delivery.
  
  

3. Revisions

• The number of revisions will be defined in the project proposal.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
• Major changes after approval of a concept may be treated as a new scope.
  
  

4. Timelines

• Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
• Timely feedback and approvals from the client are essential to maintain schedules.
• Delays from the client’s end may impact delivery timelines.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information on time
• Ensure that all provided materials are owned or licensed for use
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is received.
• D’signo retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

7. Cancellation & Termination

• If a project is cancelled after commencement, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• Any work completed beyond the advance value may be billed accordingly.
  
  

8. Third-Party Costs

Costs related to third-party services (such as fonts, stock images, printing, hosting, etc.) are not included unless explicitly mentioned and will be billed separately.

9. Liability

D’signo shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Errors in final output once approved by the client
• Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
  
  

10. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the project or making the advance payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
